And just breathe into that. Feel the relief of that feeling. The comfort of it. Held in this beautiful light of love source light. And in this beautiful space of safety and comfort. Allow your heart to open. Even more expanding out. And as you open, begin to feel inside of your heart the beautiful essence. Of acceptance, acceptances.
Gentle, warm. Taking another deep breath in. Breathing out. Now bring forward, bring forward a difficult experience. This could be a challenge. Something in a relationship. Even a part of yourself that you found difficult to accept, or a past event that happened that has been deeply challenging for you. Just bring that forward now.
Remember you are safe. You are held. And without judgment. Just allow it to be there. And whatever feeling arises in you. As you remember, say yes to that feeling. Yes. Yes.
And this may bring up emotions. So it could be sadness, grief. Anger, whatever it is, just allow it to arise. Allow it to come forth. Say yes. Yes. Yes to the feeling that's coming up.
Remember, we are not condoning whatever has happened. We are just accepting the feeling. Just accepting the feeling. That it brings forward. That's all. And just say yes. Yes to the feeling.
Breathing with your breath by yourself to begin to let go to open more. Open more, soften more. Accepting. Its full acceptance. Of who you are in this moment, of what you are feeling in this moment. Just give yourself this beautiful gift. Of full acceptance.
Deep breath in. Breathing in. Breathing out. Everything is OK. Everything is exactly as it should be. Allow yourself to fully heal. Fully heal. Accepting yourself fully in this moment.
You can affirm: I accept myself fully. In this moment and in every moment. I accept myself and allow myself. To open, to soften, and I give myself the gift of acceptance.
