We are living in a time where everything is so busy, living in a fast-paced society. So much going on all around us. So, I invite you, in this moment, to take a deep breath in, breathing in, breathing out. Another deep breath in, breathing in. And let everything go, breathing out.
Another deep breath in. And this time, as you breathe in, on the in-breath, just hold your breath for a moment and let everything go. Just let everything go. This is your time, your moment to connect to stillness, connect to calm, connect to peace. This stillness, this peace, is a part of you. It is not separate from you. It is you.
And sometimes, that can be challenging to feel when we become so over stimulated, when we feel overwhelmed by the stress, worry, anxiety, the busyness of life, sometimes we forget. And that's okay. It's okay. Everything is okay. Because at any moment, at any time, all we have to do is breathe in and breathe out. And breathe in, breathe out.
With every exhalation, feel your body begin to soften, to become gentle, to feel open. Breathing in. Breathing out. As you feel yourself relax, begin to feel that calm moving throughout your entire body. Breathing in calm. Breathing out any concern, worry, or fear. Just letting go.
Opening more, softening more. And just give a sigh out. Everything is alright. Everything is alright. Everything is alright. Deep breath in again. Breathing out. Feeling that beautiful connection to the peace that is within you. Always there. Always there.
This is your natural state of being. Taking a moment now just to fully relax into it. Sitting fully in the seat of peace. Stillness. Calm. And just know that at any time, you can return to this place. You can reset, realign, right here, right now.
